Terms + Conditions
All tint or lift treatments require a patch test prior to appointment. Patch tests must be carried out every 6 months. If you haven't had one recently, make sure to book one for at least 48hours before your appointment.
Holly's Beauty operates an appointment based service. Lateness will not be tolerated. All clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment. Should you arrive more than 5 minutes late, you may be turned away and asked to reschedule. Note that this will result in the full 'No Show' charge being applied.
Holly's Beauty operates a cancellation/no show policy. Cancellations/rescheduled appointments without minimum 48hrs notice will be charged 30%. All no-shows will be charged 50%. No Exceptions.
Right to Refuse
Holly's Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client with contra-indications to treatment or any other reason it is deemed unsuitable to proceed.
One to One Service
Holly's Beauty operates on a one to one basis. There is simply no space in the salon for anyone to wait or attend you appointment with you. Please attend your appointments alone.
Holly's Beauty is not a suitable environment for children, therefore we please ask that you do not bring children to your appointment.
Consultations + GDPR
Consultations are a mandatory part of your treatment at Holly's Beauty. These are carried out to ensure the safest, most appropriate treatment can be offered to every client.
Holly's Beauty offers treatments to women over the age of 16 (this age is included). If you have any questions regarding this please contact us.
Holly's Beauty aims to always provide the highest standard of care and treatment to every client. Should you ever have any issue, we ask that you please come to us first and offer us the opportunity to rectify your problem. Should you choose to go elsewhere to have any issue rectified, we cannot be held responsible for any issues thereafter of that treatment.
